FINANCING

Our firm’s financing practice includes representation of lending institutions and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and closing commercial real estate, SBA (7a and 504), USDA, asset based, construction, affordable housing, corporate and SBIC loans and investments; development of documentation in connection with secured and unsecured loan transactions, syndications and equity participations; and representation of lenders in connection with foreclosures, work-outs and the sale of collateral with respect to its commercial lending clients the firm currently represents.

We regularly represent banks, non-bank SBA lenders, insurance companies, small business investment companies, venture funds, and other institutional lenders, as well as corporate and individual borrowers. Indeed, we have the privilege of representing, on a frequent and regular basis, lenders which are among the largest SBA and conventional lenders in the United States.
