Its extensive client roster includes banks, SBA lenders, insurance companies, small business investment companies, venture funds and other institutional lenders, as well as corporate and individual borrowers.
The practice also includes structuring secured and unsecured loans, syndications and equity participations, as well as representation of lenders in foreclosure proceedings, loan workouts and the sale of collateral.
